I’m learning that experiencing life has a lot to do with witnessing what’s actually here.

Sometimes that means looking outward at what’s right in front of us. Light, water, mountains, a tiny detail we could have easily walked past. That’s a lot of what photography is for me: witnessing the world through my own lens.

Sometimes what we see outside of us makes us feel something inside of us. And sometimes the thing asking to be witnessed is the feeling itself.

That’s what I hope these pieces can become in your home too. Something you look at that makes you stop for a second, notice what’s there and maybe notice what it brings up in you.
